I build customized coaching programs for those who want to step into their leadership. Tailor-Made is an option for individuals or groups who decide to make space in their challenging work lives for growth and development to gain more depth and wisdom.
My role is to help you articulate what you want most and redirect your energy towards it. Your job is to come prepared for coaching with a need, want, or burning desire for some change or improvement in your professional life. As an Executive Coach, I am a source of accountability. It is important to know that as a coach, I do not impose my suggestions on you. The individuals I coach come with all the solutions already inside them, and my job is to help you set that self-knowledge free.
