Who am I and what do I offer?
I am an international coach and consultant who has fallen in love with growth and freedom. I help people find the confidence and stamina to make brave choices rooted in their own story. My experience in coaching is very diverse. I coach business owners, creatives, teens, executives, leaders, educators, and I am particularly devoted to individuals who want to go beyond their old stories.
I am not a tutor or a therapist, but I do ask many questions and provide space for honest answers. I listen with my heart, and I meet people where they are in order to help them move forward.

My life has been an adventure and provided me with positions of leadership and governance in real estate management, equestrian sports, science and technology, philanthropy, coaching and consulting, and non-profit management. What I know for sure is that using your courage is really important and that it is helpful to have someone in your corner. I am passionate about supporting and coaching others and I know first hand that everything is possible.
